The Hispaniola
The Hispaniola is the second restaurant of the resort. It is located next to the sea and the new Mini Club. This restaurant is usually the only one opened when the resort is far from being full. The point of view from this restaurant is just fantastic. You can directly enjoy the sea view from your table.
2 and 8 seats tables are available. 2 seats tables are for couples and 8 seats tables are for the ones who want to meet GO and GM.
From a food prospective, you have one long buffet for the hot meals, two for the starters, one for the desserts, one for the drinkings, one for the cheese and one for the bread. In the evening, there is usually typical buffets (Italia, Dominican Republic, Gala, …). I have even seen caviar and lobster (at will) one night.
